US Burleyson was the son of Howell and Judith (Judie) Burris Burleson. US was born 08 August 1870 in Stanly County and died in 27 October 1959.. Judie was born 25 March in Stanly County, NC and died on 21 January 1958 in Stanly County, NC.

His younger brother also wearing a suit was ALLEN LEE BURLESON3 on back row 3rd from left, in front of the window. At the far right back row, the last three adults standing were HOWELL BURLESON, WILLIAM (BILLIE) BURLESON, and JAMES A. ALMOND. The child (blond) seated third from left end on first row was James (Jeemes) Almond’s daughter Necie.
